Atlantis Decline dumbbell bench with pivots

Dumbbells are mounted onto the cradles, so that the user doesn’t have to lift them from the floor (ideal for use with heavy dumbbells).

Bench is fixed at a -20 degree angle.

Starting mechanism eliminates the need for a spotter, the arms pivot into the correct starting position and fall back once the user presses the dumbbells up.
